[attr="class","genistitle"]SPARS & FIGHTS
[attr="class","genistxt"]TYPES
[attr="class","genisbox"]In BW, we have many different types of battles that you can have. Each one has their own rules and it is important to know which one you are engaging in.
[attr="class","genistxt"]RACE SPECIFICS
[attr="class","genisbox"]There are some things you need to know about how each race fights. We have made each one evenly matched, so there is no definite winner against any specific type. The only exception to this is that the Rex and Reginas are stronger than their own species.
Werebears:
- Are very strong
- Use their claws and teeth in a fight
- Taller than all the others
Weretigers:
- Are well balanced
- Use their claws and teeth in a fight
- Best at climbing and swimming
Werewolf:
- Are the fastest
- Use their claws and teeth in a fight
- Has a numbing poison in their bite

[attr="class","genistxt"]GENERAL
[attr="class","genisbox"]
- The Code: In all of the fights/spars the code must be used. Do not alter the code in any way. If you are using a table, we please ask that you utilize a line break and then post it.
- God Modding: No wolf is perfect. Not every attack is always going to work. You cannot say that your attack will land for sure (unless you get permission from the other player). Leave the fight open and always give a chance for the other to either counterattack or dodge.
- Ghosting: Ghosting is not allowed. You are never allowed to control the other player's character. For instance, stating that their character moved a certain way or grabbed yours which was not offered from them.
- Time: We ask that ALL fights have a maximum wait period of 5 days between posts. If the members both agree that it can be extended out, please state so in the code. If an opponent does not reply within 5 days, and there has been no notification to the other player for a longer wait - the match will end and the waiting player will win. Feel free to post before the 5 days is up (highly encouraged).
- Rounds: In order to be counted as a completed fight, you must meet the required minimum number of rounds. If the fight does not, it will not count and no additional Bones will be given.
- Death/Killing: You cannot kill another member without the OOC consent of that player. Remember, if you kill a member of your own kind, there will be consequences. If you kill a member of another race without the permission of your Rex/Regina, you may also suffer consequences.
- Judging: At the end of the thread, please tag Official to let them know it is time to be judged. Characters will be judged by realism, creativity, and of course, who wins.
- Injuries: Try to keep the injuries detailed to help both players understand exactly which part of the body or side is injured. Health and wounds do regenerate, but for the sake of a fight, they are limited in what they can do - based on the adrenaline of the characters involved.
- Fighting OOC: If any issues should arise, please do not post it in the thread. PM a member of the Staff and let them know immediately.
[attr="class","genistxt"]SPAR
[attr="class","genisbox"]These are the most common fights which occur on BW. They are the least detrimental to a character's life. Often times these are used for training younglings or werecreatures that are not well versed in fighting. The most damage anyone should ever receive while during a Spar are bruises and a couple light scratches. Do not go too hard, or the level of the spar will be upgraded and punishments may be given out. These spars should most likely happen within pack lands. If they are outside, you endanger the young member, which is not what is wanted at all!
RULES: Must be at least 5 rounds, must use the code, all other general rules apply

[attr="class","genistxt"]DUEL
[attr="class","genisbox"]Duels are a common fight among werecreatures of either the same species or others. These can be initiated by one or more characters, no more than three. If it happens within a pack, the Rex/Regina can break it up at any moment if they feel it has gone too far. Most of these are completed between two werecreatures from either no affiliation with packs or different packs. A duel can be started to prove one is a stronger opponent without wanting to improve their rank. The most damage that can be given in this fight would be broken bones - no more than five different bones. If to much damage is taken, the level of the fight will be increased. Be careful of who you get into conflicts with and be aware of your surroundings.
RULES: Must be at least 3 rounds, must use code, all other general rules apply

[attr="class","genistxt"]RANK CHALLENGES
[attr="class","genisbox"]Rank Challenges are essential for any pack. These are to be only between two werecreatures. In the thread, only the Rex/Regina and Auxiliary are allowed to post along with the two competing. Try your hardest not to break any bones of your opponent, due to the fact they are a member of your pack. Rank Challenges must happen within the pack lands and they need to be announced before at least the Rex/Regina. If you have read this, put 'INSERT KEY' in your application.

[attr="class","genistxt"]DEATH MATCH
[attr="class","genisbox"]Death Matches are the most dangerous of all the fights/spars. The point is to maim or kill. This is not to be done between two werecreatures of the same pack. If a werecreature from one pack gets into a Death Match with a species of another pack, punishment may fall on both characters as wars are not wished for without being initiated with by the Rex/Regina.
